All orders are promptly dispatched using well known freight and postage companies including Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. The correct shipping costs will be displayed within the check-out process.
If you choose to have your purchase(s) sent to your home, please allow between 2-7 days for your item to be delivered. This naturally depends on your location, the time of year and the size of your purchase
If you choose to pick-up your purchase from our store, you will be advised when the item is ready for you to pick it up. If the item is in stock at the time of purchase you will be advised within 4-18 hours when you can pick up the item. If the item is not in stock, the item will be ordered in for you and you will be advised when it has arrived ready for your pick-up. This process may take 2-7 days depending on the location of the suppliers warehouse and the availability of stock.

Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact Suziworld and advise us of your problem. We may be able to arrange an alternative product for you or provide some other assistance.
If it is then decided that you need to return the product, you will be provided with a return authorisation number.
If you picked the item up from our store, please return the item to our store. We will raise a receipt form and you will be credited by the banking or payment service that you chose at time of purchase.
If the item was sent to your home, you are required to return the item to Suziworld. You will be advised of the address details. If you chose the item in error, then you will need to pay for the return postage. If the item was wrongly supplied or faulty, then we are happy to pay for or reimburse you for the postal charges.
